** MCP refers to our association with Monmouth County Parks, which offers parent/child classes ages 2-3 and youth classes ages 3-10. You can enroll through this website using the keyword “Gymnastics” to find the various programs available.

Parent & Child

Boys & Girls • 18 moths – 3 Years Old • 45 Minute Class • $55 Monthly

An introduction to movement and gymnastics for the very young. Classes are full of fun for both parent and child as they experience the joy of movement together.

Pre-School

Boys & Girls • 3-4 Years Old • 45 Minute Class • $95 Monthly

Pre-school classes are mixed gender and allow young kids to increase coordination for other sports. Groups are kept small and kids are placed by age. Students are introduced to all gymnastic events, plus trampoline.

Youth

Boys & Girls • 5 Years and up • 55 Minute Class • $95 Monthly

Our regular classes offer more advanced training on the various apparatus. Classes are grouped by gender, as boys focus on different events than girls. Class sizes range on average from 6-8 students. Students are grouped by ability where possible to ensure self-confidence and challenge in a friendly productive atmosphere.

Advanced

Girls • 6 Years and up • 1.5 Hour Class • $125 Monthly

Those with experience and looking to push their skills further can enroll in this class to experience a longer workout and focus on higher-level skills.

Tumbling

Boys & Girls • 7 Years and up • 55 Minute Class • $95 Monthly

Trampoline, tumbletrac and mini tramp, in addition to our regulation-sized tumbling floor, are all used to improve floor skills for cheerleaders and gymnasts looking to learn and improve their technique. Please call the gym for tumbling class availability.

Girls Team

Pre-Team: 2 Hour Practices • $250 Monthly Team: 3 Hour Practices • $325 Monthly

Young ladies with the competitive fervor and enthusiasm for the sport of gymnastics are encouraged to join our team of gymnasts competing in the Jersey Optional Gymnastics League.

Private Lessons

Boys & Girls • All Ages • $40 Half Hour / $80 Hour

We offer private one-on-one instruction between coach and student for anyone looking to advance faster or seek temporary help on specific skills. We highly recommend that the student be focused on a single skill (i.e. standing back tuck) or set of skills (i.e. front tumbling) to get the most out of a private lesson.
